We all know it: you feel better when you take good care of yourself. Getting enough sleep, exercising, paying a little attention to your diet… all great. But what if we don’t talk about that? What if self-care is also about how you dress? In what you wear. What you carry with you. What you radiate. In that one outfit in which you think: bring it on world – I’m ready. Self-care is not a face mask with cucumbers and a candle. At least, not only. Self-care is also: ✳ Saying no without feeling guilty. ✳ Saying yes to something you’ve been waiting too long for. ✳ Taking yourself seriously – and sometimes not taking yourself too seriously. ✳ Choosing what’s right, instead of what has to be. And sometimes self-care is just: a bag. A bag that feels sturdy, is well made, doesn’t shout but does speak. A bag that says: I belong to someone who knows what she’s doing. Just like fruit is for your body, that bag moment is for your mind. A reminder to yourself that you are worth making beautiful, conscious choices. So yes – our bags are made of apples and corn. But the real nutritional value? It is in what they give you: peace, strength and just that little bit of extra flair.
