Ask yourself these 5 questions

Summer does something to you. There’s more air. Less noise. And suddenly, there’s space to think: Where do I actually want to go?

But then the workweek hits. The calendar. The overflowing inbox. And before you know it, you're back on the same path you were on before summer. Even though deep down… you wanted something different.

So ask yourself this question:

What do you want to approach differently this fall?

Whatever it is, you don’t have to go big. But you do have to take that first step.

Take five minutes.

Silence your phone.

Pour yourself a coffee or tea.

And answer these questions for yourself, in peace.

Because real change starts by pausing to consider what truly matters to you.

  1. What made you happy this summer? (Moments, places, people, feelings...)

  1. What didn’t you miss at all? (What do you definitely NOT want back in your routine?)

  1. What do you want to make more space for this fall? (Think small. Think real. For example: a 15-minute walk during lunch, every day. Time to finally put that one idea on paper.)

  1. What’s one thing you want to do differently — at work, at home, or in your daily rhythm? (A different start to the day? Less multitasking? More time outdoors?)

  1. What do you need to stick with that? (Support, boundaries, rituals, reminders… what really helps you?)

And remember: you don’t have to do it alone. The most meaningful changes often begin by sharing your thoughts, doubts, or plans.

Sharing = connecting.
